Singin’ In The Rain Lyrics
Singin’ In The Rain Lyrics
by Arthur Freed and music by Nacio Herb Brown, published in 1929.
This song is best known today as the centerpiece of the 1952 musical film Singin’ in the Rain, in which Gene Kelly memorably danced to the song while splashing through puddles during a rainstorm.
Singin’ In The Rain Lyrics:
Don Lockwood:
Doo-dloo-doo-doo-doo
Doo-dloo-doo-doo-doo-doo
Doo-dloo-doo-doo-doo-doo
Doo-dloo-doo-doo-doo-doo…
I’m singing in the rain
Just singing in the rain
What a glorious feelin’
I’m happy again
I’m laughing at clouds
So dark up above
The sun’s in my heart
And I’m ready for love
Let the stormy clouds chase
Everyone from the place
Come on with the rain
I’ve a smile on my face
I walk down the lane
With a happy refrain
Just singin’,
Singin’ in the rain
Dancin’ in the rain
Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah
Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah
I’m happy again!
I’m singin’ and dancin’ in the rain!
I’m dancin’ and singin’ in the rain…
